Assistant Director/Associate Director of International Constituent Engagement
Office of the vice chancellor for institutional advancement (OVCIA)
The Assistant Director/Associate Director of International Constituent Engagement is an integral part of the international advancement team and will have broad responsibilities related to the University’s comprehensive fundraising and engagement program in the international advancement area. Primarily, this position works to develop, implement, and manage overall international advancement activities in support of and in coordination with the Senior Director and Director to advance efforts in engaging with international major and principal gift prospects and donors. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member who values inclusion and innovation and is skilled at building strong internal and external collaborative relationships.
Based in Urbana-Champaign, and will join a successful, dynamic team that enjoys a hybrid work schedule.

Executive Director of Advancement Operations
Gies College of Business
The Executive Director of Advancement Operations will serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the Gies College of Business Advancement Office assisting the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) with daily activities and strategic management. This position will provide vision and leadership for the College’s infrastructure including supervision of stewardship and donor relations, alumni engagement, programs, data management, operations, and activities.

Assistant Director of Advancement Operations

The Assistant Director of Advancement Operations will be responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between the department and its alumni, donors, and other constituents; serving as a liaison between the department and the university advancement community to ensure that advancement efforts effectively support department priorities; and overseeing or directly implementing all advancement, communications, and events activity.
