Choi’s $100K Bitcoin gift to fund blockchain education at Gies

Looking to invest in this disruptive innovation, alumnus Stanley Choi has donated $100K in Bitcoin to integrate blockchain education into the academic and extracurricular experience at Gies. It is the largest cryptocurrency gift in the history of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and it’s believed to be one of the largest ever given to a business school.
