Emails

Emails are a great way to let your alumni, donors, and friends know about your specific crowdfunding project. Personal (1-to-1) emails can be sent at any time to promote your crowdfunding campaign. Make sure to include the link to your specific page as well as a clear, concise call to action.

Mass solicitations (to 20+ recipients) must follow our mass communications guidelines and should follow our design best practices as well.


Email Design Standards

No matter who is sending or receiving the email, we should present the Illinois brand in a clear, consistent way with the standard header and footer.


Email Communication Plan Ideas

Please do not schedule an email on Monday, March 3 due to our CCC mass communication email that will go to all Urbana constituents. Please also avoid Tuesday, March 4.
