Advancement staff at Illinois benefit from the ongoing support of our People and Culture team, who provides over 60 hours of professional development opportunities each year. This investment ensures our team remains innovative, effective, and aligned with best practices in higher education advancement.
First time donors
Illinois’ philanthropic community continues to grow! In FY25, 6,601 individuals made their first gift to Illinois—an important milestone in building lifelong relationships with supporters. First-time donors often begin with a meaningful connection to a specific cause, and many go on to deepen their engagement in future years.
